Discovering the Ketogenic Way of Eating
- An anti-inflammatory way of eating lowered my pain level, enough to move better while having lipedema, osteoarthritis, and type 2 diabetes.
- It also lowered my fasting blood sugar and A1C to normal levels, which halted my lipedema progression, increased my mobility, and remit my diabetes type 2.
- If you have lipedema, obesity, osteoarthritis, and/or metabolic impairment like me, you may want to ask your doctor about trying the ketogenic way of eating.
- There are great coaches who can help lipedema ladies with pain, swelling, mobility, metabolic health, and even weight loss.
