Healing with Keto and Fasting
- Today I’ll share my story of healing my knees and going from a wheelchair to a bicycle using keto and fasting.
- It took me three days of starting with the ketogenic way of eating to enter ketosis.
- In those three days, I was able to go to work without my walking sticks!
- And within a few days of beginning with fasting, I started feeling the sensations in my knees, and I could feel my neck retracting.
- Both of these therapies seem to have some healing to it because they catapulted me forward in improving my mobility.
- I can now walk 2 miles unaided!
