Lipedema is a condition that causes excessive fat deposits on the legs, thighs and buttocks and upper arms, especially in women. Exercising and dieting alone is not an effective way of alleviating symptoms of lipedema. Vibration therapy using a vibration plate has shown to be effective in patients with lipedema, as vibration plates increase skin blood flow. Learn more about the use of vibration plates with lipedema, best practices and which vibration plate is best suited for this task with Joel Gottehrer from Lifepro.
