In this clip, Catherine Seo describes how The Real You project will be exploring how to find, appreciate, and love your real self.
Catherine talks about how having a chronic disorder like lipedema can affect how women see themselves. This project will have 2 months of special online class sessions that will take place this November and December and offer a variety of expert support and resources.
It will culminate with a weekend retreat and photoshoot with renowned photographer Peter Hurley in LA.
