The OMAD Fasting Protocol

  • Today I’m going to be talking about a fasting protocol called One Meal A Day or OMAD. 
  • This means that you get to fast for 23 hours and restrict your eating to that 1 hour each day at the same time.
  • It is best suited for those who need to eat a meal with their medications each day. 
  • This is one fasting protocol that you might want to try.
