A Sound Bath is a sound healing meditation. You lie comfortably on the floor of a calm and darkroom. (Sitting is also an option if lying down is uncomfortable.) From that relaxed and open state, you hear a recital of sounds, an inspirational journey through healing sounds.
Lying down in deep relaxation, you experience sounds’ soothing vibrations, energizing presence, and healing power. Finally, there is a period of silence for integration. Some of the instruments used are Didgeridoos, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Keyboards, Percussion Instruments, and the Human Voice.
All you need to do is to relax and let go of any stress!
