Coaching with Megan
Megan is passionate about helping people adopt a ketogenic lifestyle, with a focus on improving health with an evidence-based and wholistic approach, minus the blame & shame approach which assumes you are simply over-eating. Many women with Lipedema feel alone and unsure of the best dietary approach for their particular health concerns. For some, years of doing calorie-restricted diets have not only slowed their metabolisms but have also left them feeling like dieting failures.
Megan will help you to understand the underlying metabolic causes of your weight gain, and this will also help you to understand why your diets have failed you. If a way of eating doesn’t address the underlying root cause of your weight gain, it will usually only have short-term success that ends in rebound weight gain.
With Megan, you will learn the fundamentals to health and a therapeutic ketogenic lifestyle. This is about finding an approach that suits your individuality, lifestyle and health goals. It is about rebuilding your relationship with food and regaining a sense of control and empowerment. Megan’s health motto: ‘Eat Food That Loves You Back!’.
